Customer Service Representative Dutch Market (Sofia)
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Are you a Dutch speaker looking for a new opportunity in customer service Join our multinational team in Sofia and provide topnotch support to Dutchspeaking customers while enjoying a onsite work model.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Dutch
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products services and troubleshooting
Deliver exceptional customer experience while ensuring quick and efficient resolutions
Accurately update and maintain customer records in the internal system
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

What Were Looking For:
Fluent Dutch speaker (C1 or above) written and spoken
Basic English skills (B1 or above) for internal communication
