Job Description

Join our expanding Labor & Employment Defense Litigation team in Santa Ana CA! Were seeking a talented Employment Attorney with 515 years of experience defending employers in wrongful termination discrimination wage and hour (including PAGA and class actions) and workplace claims. This is a fulltime onsite opportunity for a resultsdriven litigator with deep knowledge of California labor laws.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex cases excellent writing and advocacy skills and a proactive approach to legal strategy. In this fastpaced collaborative environment youll represent a range of employers from startups to established corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defend clients in employment litigation (wage/hour discrimination PAGA)

  • Conduct depositions discovery and draft motions

  • Handle case strategy trial prep and court appearances

  • Provide legal counsel on compliance and risk mitigation

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Admitted to California Bar

  • 515 years of defenseside employment litigation experience

Salary: $150K$300K (W2
Must be local to Santa Ana CA no relocation offered
No visa sponsorship
