Job Description

We seek a skilled Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Santa Ana CA. This fulltime onsite role focuses exclusively on representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. Ideal candidates will bring 515 years of litigation experience including strong courtroom presence deposition expertise and strategic negotiation skills.

We welcome experienced attorneys from both the policyholder and carrier sides who are passionate about advocating for clients wrongfully denied insurance benefits. Youll work with a collaborative missiondriven legal team handling highstakes commercial and personal insurance disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent policyholders in all phases of insurance litigation

  • Draft and argue motions take depositions and manage trial prep

  • Collaborate with clients experts and cocounsel on complex cases

  • Ensure ethical strategic and resultsdriven representation

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Licensed to practice in California

  • 5 years litigation experience in insurance coverage or bad faith cases

Salary: $150K$300K annually (W2
Must reside within commuting distance of Santa Ana CA
No relocation or sponsorship available
