Role overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven German Speaking B2B Sales Representative to join their remote team. In this role you will be responsible for acquiring and developing new business opportunities within corporate and enterpriselevel organisations across Germanspeaking markets. This is a pure businesstobusiness (B2B) sales role focused on building longterm client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Job Type: Full time/Permanent

Location: South Africa

Workplace: Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:0017:00

Public Holidays: Off on German public holidays; required to work on South African public holidays


Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and English
  • No sales experience required (Training will be provided)
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote selfmanaged environment
  • Techsavvy with CRM and sales tools experience
  • Candidates must be South African citizens or permanent residents (PR holders)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via phone email and online platforms in nativelevel German
  • Manage fullcycle sales: from lead qualification to closing
  • Provide product/service information tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
