Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1000 per month gross with bonuses

What Youll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone

Guide customers through setup steps for new devices or assist with arranging repairs

Collaborate effectively with your team and support your colleagues

Approach every interaction with a proactive mindset and a commitment to improvement

Build strong empathetic relationships with customers

Focus on customer satisfaction retention and loyalty
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in French and good English communication skills

Excellent writing and interpersonal abilities

A positive polite and helpful attitude

Confidence with technology (Windows basic troubleshooting shortcuts)
