Your role:

Respond to Germanspeaking customers via phone email or chat

Troubleshoot product or service issues

Follow up on customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with team leads to improve customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For in You:
Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English communication skills German C1 and English B2
ProblemSolving Mindset: A passion for helping people and a knack for finding solutions that leave customers feeling heard and valued.
Digital Comfort: Confidence with digital tools and a readiness to learn new platforms and technologies.
Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment where teamwork is the key to success.
Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Greece.
Full relocation support included: flights 2 weeks hotel stay airport pickup and help finding your new home.
