Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide assistance troubleshooting and solutions for customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure highquality support.
- Follow company guidelines and policies to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (fullpurpose specificpurpose or refugee protection certificate).
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- No previous experience needed entrylevel candidates are welcome!
