Job Description
SUMMARY
Lead the APAC Regulatory Affairs team to enable continuous market access and drive regional and global growth strategies. Collaborate crossfunctionally to support business objectives and ensure regulatory excellence across the region with a focus on China.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regulatory Strategy & : Develop and implement APAC regulatory strategies aligned with business needs particularly in China. Ensure timely resource planning and uptodate tracking systems.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a highperforming APAC Regulatory team. Drive talent development performance management succession planning and capability building.
- Governance & Collaboration: Partner with internal functions (e.g. Legal R&D Commercial) to align regulatory actions with business goals risk frameworks and compliance requirements.
- External Engagement: Represent the company in external regulatory bodies trade associations and with key opinion leaders to influence policy and support business objectives.
- Regulatory Intelligence: Monitor emerging regulatory trends and risks to ensure proactive strategies for market access and compliance.
- Global Alignment: Collaborate across global regulatory networks to share best practices support crosssegment initiatives and ensure a unified regulatory voice.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven leadership in regulatory affairs within the APAC region preferably with experience in China.
- Strong strategic thinking crossfunctional collaboration and external stakeholder management.
- Experience in building and developing regulatory teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
