What Youll Do

As a Flexologist youll:

  • Lead customized oneonone assisted stretch sessions 25 and 50 minutes)

  • Assess mobility patterns and build stretch routines based on client goals

  • Educate clients on movement mechanics recovery and injury prevention

  • Build relationships that keep clients engaged and on track

  • Track client progress and support longterm results

  • Participate in workshops and continuing education alongside likeminded professionals

Qualifications

Required:

  • Certification or degree in:

    • Strength & Conditioning Kinesiology Exercise Science Athletic Training or a related field

  • Preferred Certifications: NSCACSCS NASMPES USAW ISSASSC or similar

  • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Comfortable working oneonone in a handson setting

  • Passion for mobility movement efficiency and clientfocused outcomes

Preferred:

  • Experience working with athletes or active populations

  • Knowledge of functional movement screening or corrective exercise

  • Background in massage therapy yoga or mobility coaching is a plus
