Job Description
Our work at Center for Wealth Preservation is critical to the financial wellbeing of individuals families businesses and communities. We are driven to help people feel more secure and more prepared for their financial future. We are seeking a highly organized Talent Sourcer (Part Time). In this role you will play a critical part in identifying and engaging top talent for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use Job Boards LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the recruiting team or hiring managers.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness.
- Worked with Salesforce or any integration system to input candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer Recruiter or similar role.
- 13 years of experience
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter JobScore or ATS systems).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working with Salesforce
