Position Overview
BGB is looking for an adaptable and multiskilled Digital Producer to join the growing Digital department. Its a tightknit collaborative department looking to find the most innovative and beautiful way to deliver highscience content to a widerange of audiences. The perfect candidate is a blend of project manager account manager digital strategist educator and visual storyteller.
The position will report to the Supervising Digital Producer.
Project Types
At BGB we dont only offer a few project types and we dont just sell widgets. We strive to identify and fill a specific unmet need with the right technology/ for that project.
The right candidate for this job should have a widerange of experience with the following key project types:
- Websites
- Emails
- Banner ads
- Convention Panels
- Interactive Vis Aids
- CLM/CRM platforms (Veeva iRep or similar)
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage digital projectsacross crossfunctional internal teams which includes: conducting regular meetings to review project needs risks and issues and for the purpose of developing mitigation and contingency plans where required; following up with account creative design and production teams to ensure proper implementation of a project plan; providing project guidance and disseminating relevant information to appropriate team members in a timely fashion; interfacing with internal and external clients as well as thirdparty vendors in a professional manner; ensuring quality of final deliverables
- Demonstrate technical understandingand the ability to effectively communicate technical ideas/proposals/challenges/questions to developers animators and video editors as well as to clients
- Manage productionthrough all phases of digital projects (preproduction production and postproduction)
Preferred Qualifications
- Wellrounded digital background (range of project types creativity/technical)
- 4 years of experience in interactive/digital production and project management
- Highlevel understanding of various technologies within the development landscape
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Figma
- Familiarity with project management software
- Knowledge of vendors and industry (prior work experience with thirdparty vendors is a plus)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Selfmotivated disciplined fast learner organized
- Excellent verbal oral and written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Prior experience in an agency environment
- Undergraduate degree or similar certification
- Veeva Certification a plus
Salary Range: $$
The salary range provided is for the NYC hybrid position which requires occasional inoffice presence and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit including experience (both direct and indirect) education training demonstrated qualifications and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
