Job Description

Blue Iris Support Services are currently looking for an exceptional person who would like to learn more about helping those we support. We are currently recruiting for a Junior Support Manager as a Junior Support Manager you will be provided with 11 mentoring to ensure you always have access to knowledge and learning.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Key responsibilities include:

Directing tailored clientfocused supports ensuring compliance and monitoring goal progress.

Consistently updating cases and producing relevant reports.

Enhancing your teams skills through leadership mentorship feedback and learning opportunities.

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders reflecting the values of Blue Iris at all times.

Formulating and revising client support plans.

Strict adherence to NDIS guidelines and our internal policies.

Administrative duties particularly maintaining accurate client records.

Undertaking Risk Assessments when necessary.

Some travel requirements (Morayfield Brisbane & Northern Suburbs Toowoomba Office Vehicle available for use).

Following WHS regulations and company policies.

ABOUT YOU:

Current studies or a diploma in Business Leadership Management Disability Allied Health or Mental Health.

Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.

Initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

An Open Queensland Drivers Licence.

Current Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

Current Paid NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card).
