Position Overview
Successful candidates must be able to teach / tutor:
- Elementary middle school and high school math including tutoring students in Algebra 1 Geometry Algebra 2 and PreCalculus
- Fluency to tutor students in Calculus Statistics and Trigonometry is a plus.
Hours
This position requires availability for a minimum of two to three shifts per week. Our instruction hours are:
- Sunday: 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Monday Thursday: 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Based upon experience and availability plus quarterly bonuses. Earn merit salary increase following initial evaluation.

Mathnasium of Tallahassee located in Bannerman Crossings teaches math in a way that makes sense for students in elementary middle and high school. Customized learning plans produce results for students seeking math enrichment tutoring assistance to catch up math homework help and test prep for the SAT and ACT.
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
