Responsibilities
- Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.
- Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
- Use proper tablesetting techniques.
- Serve on the tray line placing foods on the residents trays according to the instructions on the menu.
- Check menus for diet serving size and any written instructions.
- Assure all work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Dining Services.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents and guests
- Perform all assigned tasks by our established policies and procedures and as instructed by your supervisor.
- Follow work assignments andwork schedules in completing and performing your assigned tasks.
Staff Development
- Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes as required. Attend and participate in scheduled orientation programs and activities.
- Attend and participate in facility inservicing programs as instructed.
