Join Our Team as a Financial Aid Advisor!
Are you passionate about helping students reach their educational goals Were currently hiring for a FullTime Financial Aid Advisor to assist students through their financial aid journey. In this role youll assist both prospective and current students in understanding their financial options while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
What Youll Do:
- Help students and their families navigate the financial aid application process including submitting the FAFSA loan counseling and exploring scholarship opportunities.
- Ensure that financial aid processes meet all federal state and institutional regulations.
- Keep accurate and uptodate records of student financial aid information.
- Provide clear helpful guidance on tuition costs payment plans and financial aid eligibility.
- Assist students in understanding their financial responsibilities and available support resources.
- Work closely with admissions and student services teams to support student enrollment and retention.
- Stay informed about any changes in financial aid regulations and policies to keep our services topnotch.
What Were Looking For:
- College education or experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Experience in financial aid services student counseling or a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of federal and state financial aid programs particularly Title IV funding is helpful.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills the ability to multitask and problemsolving abilities.
- Comfortable using complex software programs.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
