DescriptionIn the Maintenance CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Project Coordinator role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the CMMS (eMaint X4 & X5 to ensure optimal functionality and data integrity. This role involves overseeing work order processes preventive maintenance (PM) schedules inventory management reporting dashboard creation and user profile administration.
We are looking for a person on a junior level in terms of experiences with some background in CMMS systems with the experience in administrative roles and a passion for driving efficiency and accuracy in maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- CMMS Administration:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the CMMS platform.
- Manage and maintain CMMS data including work orders PM schedules and inventory records.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all CMMS functions.
- Work Order Management:
- Oversee the creation tracking and closure of work orders.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Maintain and update PM schedules within the CMMS.
- Monitor compliance with PM tasks and escalate issues as needed.
- Inventory Management:
- Track and update inventory records in the CMMS.
- Work with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels for critical parts.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytical tools to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and implement solutions.
- User Management:
- Manage user profiles roles and permissions within the CMMS.
- Provide training and support to users to enhance system adoption and utilization.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline maintenance processes using CMMS capabilities.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop and maintain documentation for CMMS processes and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing CMMS users.
- CMMS Upgrade Initiative:
- Lead the transition to the next version of the eMaint CMMS software across multiple Fluke sites.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth upgrade process and minimize disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (Engineering Maintenance Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a CMMS platform.
- Experience in CMMS administration is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in creating reports dashboards and data visualizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and drive initiatives.
- Detailoriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with maintenance operations in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
