Job Overview

- Chemical Cleaning Deep understanding and experience in executing effective chemical cleaning processes within energy systems.
- Fast Speed Automated Manufacturing Proven ability to manage and optimize fastpaced automated manufacturing processes for increased productivity.
- Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide motivate and develop a highperformance team.
- Six Sigma Implementing Six Sigma principles to improve quality and operational performance drastically.
- Analytical Skills Leveraging analytical skills to assess operational procedures and find improvement opportunities.
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication to facilitate clear reporting and team collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all WET and WINS operations to align with the companys strategic sustainability goals.
- Ensure stringent compliance with environmental safety and operational standards across all levels.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and introduce innovative energy solutions.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and achieve operational excellence.
- Act as a mentor and coach fostering a culture of continuous improvement innovation and collaboration.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential operational hazards.
- Develop implement and manage project plans budgets and timelines effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in sustainable energy.
