Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 12 years in Tele sales
(Call center or logistics industry experience preferred)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive TeleSales Executive you will handle inbound and outbound calls book courier and parcel orders promote valueadded services and help drive sales growth. A strong customerfirst attitude sales mindset and ability to multitask are key to success.
Skills & Competencies:
- Clear confident communication in English and regional language
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Quick learner with multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Selfmotivated punctual and goaloriented
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Answer inbound calls and provide prompt friendly assistance
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive call experience
- Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed
Sales Focus:
- Promote express delivery and tracking services
- Upsell and crosssell to maximize customer value
- Achieve assigned daily and weekly sales targets
Courier Booking & Delivery Coordination:
- Book parcels accurately with correct recipient & delivery details
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Share tracking updates proactively with customers
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain logs of calls bookings and customer information in CRM
- Perform data entry and ensure system accuracy
- Generate reports on sales and performance metrics
