Job Description
A SchoolBased Therapist (fulltime) with Encompass Christian Counseling partners with school officials to provide support and mental health and case management services to students and families at assigned schools.

Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters level Social Worker (LSW) Masters degree strongly preferred or Masters level Counselor (LPC) with independent licensure preferred (LISW or LPCC respectively).
- Experience working with students and families strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to CCHOs statement of faith and code of conduct. Treat others with Christlike attitude while helping them experience their worth in Christ and demonstrating behaviors reflecting CCHOs core values of Relentless Commitment Selflessness and Kindness.
- TEAM first.
- Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate and effective evidencebased therapeutic interventions according to the clients treatment plan.
- Complete MHAs including accurate mental health diagnoses.
- Complete treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with client.
- Complete timely and wellwritten documentation. Progress notes should be completed and signed daily or within 24 hours for billing purposes.
- Participate in Peer/case review supervision and other quality improvement activities.

This position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and drug test satisfactory reference checks (emails were previously sent to the 3 references listed on your application) as well as the completion of a satisfactory Department of Justice National Sex Offender search and Ohio Alleged Perpetrator Search as required by our licensing agency.
Candidates must be 21 or older to apply. References background checks and drug screenings will be completed on all potential candidates. Must have valid Ohio Drivers License and maintain a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable. EOE.
