We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to lead companywide programs with high impact and urgency.

Role Overview and What You Will Do:
As Principal Technical Program Manager you will work closely with members of companywide business & Engineering teams to help define streamline design and analyze data to build business requirements and then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements further perform functional & technical data & system analysis drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). In addition the ideal candidate must possess a high degree of collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively on many levels.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex highimpact technical programs across the company.
Collaborate with senior leadership including VPs and above to define program strategy roadmap success criteria and own the and delivery.
Drive architecture solutioning and design options ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Solve complex problems by leveraging deep technical expertise and innovative thinking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Ensure timely delivery of programs managing risks conflicts and dependencies effectively.
Creates evolves and communicates specifications for feature areas that enable cohesive compatible iterable scenarios that span multiple feature teams and enable a durable multiyear vision
Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and customercentricity.
Qualifications:
Strong functional technical analytical & design capability to understand Common & shared platforms web security & services API with underlying data.
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
15 years of experience in technical program management with a proven track record of leading largescale highimpact programs.
5 years of people management experience.
Strong executive presence exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to architecture and design discussions.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Experience in defining and executing program strategies and roadmaps.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving innovation.
Pay & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
The base pay for this position ranges from$184000/yearin our lowest geographic market to$376000/yearin our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending onjobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
