Job Description
Residential Program Manager
*$1500 SignOn Bonus*
Roles duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and the hiring training and supervision of Senior Residence Managers and Residence Managers. Overseeing operating budgets in respect to staffing utilization for Arc residential facilities. Ensuring safety compliance for residents residing within the residential settings and the Direct Support Professionals who work there.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field plus two to four years of relevant experience including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.
Alternatively related Associates Degree with four years of relevant experience including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.
A valid NYS drivers license and a driving record acceptable to the Agencys insurance carrier.
