What youll be doing
As a Director Internal Audit youll focus on leading the Commercial Banking / Credit Risk Internal Audit team conducting audits in areas such as Commercial Lending Commercial Real Estate and Credit Risk. You will be responsible for the development and of a risk based audit plan that addresses the significant risks relevant to a Lending and Credit Portfolio. You will develop strong relationships with our risk management business partners to obtain an understanding of the risks facing the organization and stay close to new developments impacting the business.

At CIBC we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $150000 $180000 for the market based on experience qualifications and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
