Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure highquality service for our clients while leading a team of fieldworkers. This role is crucial to the efficient and profitable of projects and involves managing crews coordinating resources and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Location: Auburn GA 30011
Pay: $65000 $75000 Salary
Requirements:
- Previous field experience (Construction Landscaping Lake/Pond Maintenance).
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and ability to interact with multiple audiences including but not limited to the Operations Team Sales team subcontractors vendors and others.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and under pressure.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Branch Manager
- Supervise and guide crews onsite with handson fieldwork as needed.
- Conduct preconstruction site walks.
- Coordinate equipment and materials for crews.
- Assist the sales team with project estimates.
- Provide field training for new and existing employees.
- Manage administrative duties related to staff.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the sales team.
- Ensure safety and compliance on job sites.
- Maintain necessary certifications.
