As part of the Dealer Commercial Services team you will specializes in floorplan lines of credits real estate loans acquisition loans working capital loans and treasury products to our 500 franchised retail automobile dealers. Within Dealer Commercial Services you will be part of Portfolio Risk Management team partnering with Credit Officers and Credit Risk Managers for end to end riskmanagement of dealer commercial portfolio. In this role you are expected to take complete ownership of the credit process possess ability to multitask and meet delivery deadlines thus helping your partners in making decisions in the best interest of the customer and organization.

Job responsibilities:

  • Jointly own and work with Credit Officers and Credit Risk Managers on respective portfolio managementactivities e.g. overlines floorplan audits covenants interim requests etc.
  • Undertake in depth financial analysis and review of dealer financial statements on monthly basis.
  • Use multiple tools to identify and escalate any early warning indicators for the assigned complex portfolio.
  • Demonstrate detailed understanding of assigned complex portfolio and recommend timely actions as deemed necessary to partners.
  • Assist credit officers in preparing credit approval memos for annual renewals or new business opportunities.
  • Meet assigned timelines and ensure documentation requirements are met per the business and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • 37 years experience in Credit Audit Compliance or Risk Management.
  • Bachelors Degree required with a focus in Accounting Finance Business or Economics
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with focus on teamwork and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • MBA Finance or Professional Certification in Finance/Accounting/Risk.
  • Prior experience in US Market and Auto industry.
