Job Description
Shift Type: FullTime Open MTH 7:00 am4:30 pm Fridays off (with the exception of occasional Friday training). No weekends or major holidays.

Summary:
The Clinical Assistant is a handson patientfocused role that supports the daily delivery of specialized treatments following instruction of the providers. This is a vital role working four days a week ensuring treatment accuracy patient comfort and seamless clinical support throughout the care process.
Responsibilities: (Full Training Provided)
- Administer application of treatments using specialized medical equipment monitor patients during treatment adjusting dosage and troubleshooting machines.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety making realtime adjustments based on symptoms and provider direction.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and document results accurately.
- Deliver compassionate respectful care and educate patients on treatment expectations.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers using proper techniques and assistive devices.
- Assist with assessments and record patient vitals.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Participate in ongoing training related to treatment modalities.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA MA CMA LPN or other healthcare certification authorized to assist with patient transfers in the state of Oklahoma (REQUIRED)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing walking bending and assisting patients for prolonged periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamoriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and become clinically competent in advanced therapy technology
