Summary of Jobs Purpose:
The CSM at Screenverse will play a critical role in managing agency and brand relationships by overseeing campaign providing strategic insights and ensuring longterm client retention. This role combines analytical thinking relationship management and crossfunctional collaboration to drive successful outcomes for both direct and programmatic deals. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering whiteglove service going above and beyond to ensure every client touchpoint reflects excellence trust and strategic value.
The Position:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients delivering timely strategic and personalized support
Manage the full campaign lifecycle across programmatic and direct channels including planning setup optimization and troubleshooting
Provide proactive datainformed recommendations to improve performance and help clients meet their goals
Deliver whiteglove service by building trust anticipating client needs and ensuring a highquality experience at every touchpoint
Prepare and present performance insights pacing updates and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
Lead smooth onboarding experiences for new clients ensuring all technical and strategic components are in place
Foster strong relationships through regular checkins strategic touchpoints and thoughtful engagement
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding Sales Inventory & Tech Teams engineering Supply and Programmatic Partnershipsto resolve issues and uncover new opportunities
Monitor account health and campaign success using internal tools and reporting dashboards
Contribute to internal best practices and process improvements by sharing insights learnings and scalable solutions
Stay informed on industry trends technology updates and market movements to bring fresh thinking and innovation to client strategies
Take initiative on internal projects that support the growth structure and success of the broader Client Success team
The Requirements:
3 years of experience in digital media programmatic or ad tech
Proven account management success across 1020 clients
Familiarity with DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk DV360 SSPs (e.g. Place Exchange Vistar) and DOOH ecosystem
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Comfort with reporting tools like Excel Looker or Google Sheets
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
Bonus: Experience using platforms like The Trade Desk Place Exchange or Vistar
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90000 $95000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience knowledge skills other jobrelated qualifications and geography.
