Position Summary

Censis Technologies is seeking aSenior Product Managerfor offerings in our SaaS portfolio for current and new customers.

This is a strategic leadership role that will be responsible for driving product strategy roadmap development and for our cuttingedge solutions that require close collaboration with customers and internal experts to manage the entire product lifecycle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape future solutions through innovation and strategic leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Roadmap & Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle from ideation to postlaunch optimization ensuring efficient Agile practices and balanced prioritization of backlogs.
  • Develop and communicate a clear strategic product vision aligned to market needs and ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Conduct market research and define a longterm product strategy maintaining and adjusting a prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback market changes and technical feasibility.

Voice of Customer & User Research:

  • Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to define actionable product requirements ensuring products meet realworld healthcare needs.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions to drive market success.
  • Work with the Sterile Processing ecosystem within hospitals and ASCs as well as technology partners to deliver solutions that solve realworld problems in the healthcare space.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing sales engineering) to ensure smooth and alignment on product goals.
  • Present progress performance risks and tradeoffs to executive leadership maintaining clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.

Business Case & Financial Management:

  • Own business case development including P&L pricing strategies and financial modeling to ensure profitability and ROI.
  • Monitor product performance postlaunch and use KPIs and data to drive future iterations.

Risk & Compliance Management:

  • Identify and mitigate risks focusing on healthcare regulatory compliance and AI model governance.

Launch & PostLaunch Optimization:

  • Lead successful product launches in collaboration with marketing driving adoption and revenue growth.
  • Oversee ongoing support enhancements and optimizations based on postlaunch metrics.
  • Evangelize product adoption internally and externally working to drive usage and revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years as a Product Manager ideally within healthcare SaaS. Sterile Processing familiarity a bonus.
  • Demonstration of acquiring deep understanding of user needs and delivering customercentric solutions that win in the marketplace.
  • Experience with launching new products and leading cross functional teams through ideation development pricing pilot testing and driving adoption leading to revenue growth
  • Proven experience with Agile practices and crossfunctional team collaboration.
  • Strong datadriven decisionmaking capabilities and critical thinking in product strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to leadership and crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and datadriven product management.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and drive product success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of enterpriselevel business strategies and market trends particularly in healthcare.
  • Working knowledge/understanding of the endtoend AI/ML product lifecycle; experience in healthcare analytics products.
  • Product management Agile or AI/ML certifications are an advantage.
  • Solid grasp of commercial strategies within the healthcare industry.

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field.
