The Department
The Caulfield Community Health Service (CCHS) provides a range of clinical and health promotion services for people of all ages who live work or study within the local community. These multidisciplinary services are provided in the centre community home or via operates from the Caulfield Hospital site.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Promotion Officer to join our Community Health Service contributing to the development of best practice integrated health promotion accorss CCHS.
You will be familiar with contemporary health promotion theory and practice including complex systems and placebased approaches to drive several health promotion projects and activities across a range of priority settings within CCHS.
This role will work closely with the Health Promotion Coordinator to implement and evaluate various health promotion position will contribute to organisational capacity building for health promotion and may be require active representation of CCHS on a range of internal and external networks.
