Job Summary:The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing processes at our Tulsa Oklahoma facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production maintaining highquality standards and managing a team of production staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and production management with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Compliance:Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet Ameristars high standards.
- Production Oversight:Manage and coordinate all production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of our product lines including ornamental fences gates and security barriers.
- Team Management:Lead train and develop a team of production staff fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduce waste and enhance product quality.
- Inventory Management:Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands.
- Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on production performance including key metrics such as output quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering related field or equivalent field experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies with the ability to implement in a team environment.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
