What you will do
- Foster a construction health and safety culture in daily operations.
- Provide constructability input during design develop project plans (PEP) and manage/solve technical challenges onsite in costefficient ways.
- Lead onsite construction operations covering safety client interface procurement quality and .
- Navigate change/scope creep controlling and always balancing costs schedules and people.
- Nurture collaboration integrity and open communication with clients and subcontractors ensuring a harmonious environment where one team prevails.
Your profile
- 15 years of construction experience with recognized leadership in .
- Experience in mechanical and electrical construction and working with Ontario authorities.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and negotiating skills in English.
- Team player with a positive attitude resilience and determination.
- Quick critical thinking ability under pressure.
- Topnotch organizational skills.
