Job Description

Temporary

Personnel Source is now hiring for an Electronics Company in Salem OR.

No direct experience required we will train.


We are looking for those with a solid work ethic great attendance and attitude.


Requirements for the Assembly Worker:

  • Some experience in a labor production or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Commitment to showing up every day on time
  • Detailoriented
  • Due to various colored wires the ability to accurately differentiate between colors is essential
  • Desire to learn new skills to become more valuable to the organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Read write and speak English
  • Reliable transportation


Responsibilities of an Assembly Worker:

  • Use necessary tools to cut and assembly pieces into circuit boards
  • Identify nonconformance of products broken wires and incorrect windings/sizes
  • Complete final assembly procedures without supervision
  • Follow company processes & procedures safety guidelines and shop housekeeping rules
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Shift Schedule:
    • M F Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
    • Su Tu Swing Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 PM
