Chapman BMW Chandler is seeking an Inventory Clerk to contribute to our dynamic team! The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for new and used cars and must be extremely detailoriented and thorough.

Core Responsibilities:
- Stock in new vehicles and ensure accurate vehicle descriptions.
- Process used car purchases and dealer trades.
- Data entry and reporting duties including maintaining records of new and used car inventory invoices and preparing reports.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of vehicle inventory accounting schedules.
- Reconcile semimonthly new and used vehicle physical inventory and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with title work and registration documentation.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior accounting experience is required; experience working in a dealership accounting office is preferred.
- A keen eye for detail and exceptional followup skills are essential for this role.
- An analytical and data driven problem solver.
- Computer proficiency including the use of Microsoft Office programs data entry and the ability to navigate various software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
This is a fulltime inoffice role that offers a Monday Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm schedule. Additional work hours may be required for month end closing.
