Job Description
Whats needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelors Degree in Logistics Operations Research Transportation or related area
10 years of relevant experience
5 years of operational experience
2 years of leadership experience
Problem solving continuous improvement and strong communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Advanced Degree in Logistics Operations Research Transportation or related area
5 years of operational experience in Crew Scheduling or similar area

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and transforming all aspects of pilot crew scheduling and coordination for the worldwide pilot population
- Serves as a resource for and represents Flight Operations on the companys negotiating team when require
- Directs the management of daily and shortrange pilot schedules the reassignment of pilots on a system basis and coverage to ensure customerfocused costeffective and consistent administration of schedules
- Directs communication and coordination with System Operations Control to minimize recovery from schedule disruptions
- Ensure pilot crew schedulers are trained and proficient in the application of the pilot contract FARs and associated systems used in the daily operation
- Identify and implement process enhancements and scheduling efficiencies
