Join Our Executive Team as Director of Finance & Corporate Services
Location: Mansfield District Hospital
Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership career within a supportive communitydriven rural health service Mansfield District Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our Executive Team as Director of Finance and Corporate Services (DFCS).
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance who is CPA qualified and has at least 3 years experience in a similar or relevant leadership role.
About the Role
As DFCS you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will lead and manage key corporate functions ensuring they align with Mansfield District Hospitals vision values and strategic direction.
Reporting directly to the CEO and advising the Corporate Governance Committee youll provide strategic and operational leadership across:
- Finance
- Administration
- Procurement & Asset Management
- ICT
- Support Services (Hotel Catering & Domestic)
- Facilities Management
This role combines handson leadership in your area of expertise with oversight of the entire Corporate Services portfolio.
What Were Looking For
Essential:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting and/or Finance
- CPA qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles
- Proven ability to deliver complex financial reports accurately and on time
- Experience in asset procurement and contract management
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g. Excel Oracle)
- Demonstrated leadership of highperforming teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities
Desirable:
- Experience within the Health and/or Aged Care sector
