Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the head designer with creating seasonal collections from concept to final product.
Conduct market and trend research to support design inspiration and direction.
Develop sketches technical drawings and detailed design specs.
Source fabrics trims and other materials maintaining updated records.
Participate in fittings and adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and finish.
Communicate with suppliers manufacturers and internal teams to support timely production.
Organize samples mood boards and design archives.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
12 years of experience in a fashion design role (internships included).
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and other design software.
Knowledge of garment construction textiles and fashion trends.
Excellent communication and timemanagement skills.
A collaborative attitude and a keen eye for detail.
