Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations provide administrative support to employees and management and ensure the office environment functions smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daytoday office operations and procedures to ensure a wellfunctioning work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative needs of employees and management.
  • Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory; place orders as required to avoid shortages.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communication including emails phone calls and mail handling.
  • Coordinate and manage conference room bookings and scheduling.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment and raise service requests as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors service providers and building management for facilityrelated matters.
  • Maintain and update office records ensuring data is organized and readily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams including assistance with documentation and filing.
  • Assist in organizing company events meetings and teambuilding activities.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator Front Office Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
