About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassadorto represent an exciting brand at a monthlong popup experience at Aventura Mall. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology has experience in luxury retail and thrives in an interactive customerfacing environment.
As a Brand Ambassador you will be the first point of contact for visitors providing a warm welcome introducing them to the brand and guiding them through key product functionalities. You will also gather customer insights and data ensure the product displays are maintained to brand standards and work collaboratively with another ambassador to oversee product handling and storage.
Who You Are:
Techsavvy with a passion for innovation and premium products
Experienced in luxury retail highend fashion or hospitality
Confident personable and able to engage customers effortlessly
A natural storyteller who can bring a brand to life
Detailoriented and proactive in maintaining brand standards
Strong communication skills and a confident engaging presence
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers creating a memorable first impression
- Introduce the brand and educate visitors on key product functionalities
- Gather customer insights and collect data as needed
- Assist in managing product displays and ensure items are safely stored
- Work closely with the brand team to maintain a premium experience
- Support promotional and experiential brand activities within the popup
