As an Admissions Advisor Leader you will be the first point of contact for prospective students eager to begin their educational journey in the beauty industry. Youll guide these students through the entire enrollment process and provide support with career placement after graduation. This is an engaging role ideal for someone skilled in building relationships highly organized and motivated by a goaloriented mindset. If you have a positive professional attitude the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a genuine passion for helping others succeed youll thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students through the entire enrollment process providing support and answering questions.
- Lead a team of experienced admission advisors in a fun environment
- Ensure all student data is organized accurate and uptodate in the system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain regular and timely followup with prospective students to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts contributing to the schools outreach and visibility.
- Represent the school at networking and admissionsrelated events to build relationships and attract potential students.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
- Strong level of marketing sales and/or admissions experience
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a goaldriven highenergy environment.
- Proficiency in office software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- A passion for helping others achieve their career goals and educational success.
