Descripcin de funciones:

• Limpiar edificios / empresas barriendo y trapear pisos pasar la aspiradora y limpiar superficies.
• Limpiar y desinfectar los fregaderos encimeras suelos baos espejos mesas sillas refrigeradores microondas etc en los baos salas de descanso y / o cocinas
• Reponga los suministros en los baos salas de descanso y cocina
• Vace los cubos de basura y reciclables en reas de disposicin
• Limpiar las paredes y muebles de madera puertas adornos de pared zcalos etc.
• Responder a las peticiones adicionales y especiales aprobadas de los clients
• Identificar y reportar posibles reparaciones

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Be able to perform all assigned tasks which typically include but are not limited to the following:

• Check and make sure the company vehicle pressure washer machinery hoses chemicals and tools are stocked and in working order
• Visit clients and understand their pressure washing needs
• Use pressure washers and pertinent machinery to clean all types of surfaces including homes buildings windows roofs awnings decks patios walkways driveways and fencing
• Remove dirt grime mold mildew and other organic growth from surfaces
• Use degreasers or removal chemicals as labels recommend when requested
• Inspect surfaces being cleaned to assure chemicals and ratios used do not damage the finishes of each product
• Spotcheck areas to ensure the surfaces cleaned and up to company standards
• Review job with the client once you are complete
• Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury
• Report incidents procedure or safety violations to management.
• Ability to monitor time and set priorities to ensure residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned within a given time frame.

This is a fulltime 12 month role. Pressure washing peak months are MarchSeptember/Oct other months will be responsible for carpet cleaning/floor care jobs.

SKILLS:

• Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality results
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Please note that this is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.
