Job Description
SkyMark Refuelersis a leading manufacturer based in Kansas City known for delivering highquality aviation fueling equipment to customers worldwide. For over a decade weve utilized cuttingedge digital tools to streamline operations and drive performancemost notably through our custom ERP system developed inZoho Creator.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a fulltime onsiteBusiness/Operations Analystto join our team and help lead the charge in operations improvement initiatives. This role is focused on identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing impactful solutionsprimarily within our robust ERP system which has been built and refined inZoho Creatorover the last twelve years.
You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze workflows design improvements and execute system changes directly in Zoho Creator. This is a highly collaborative role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our business operates daytoday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and department teams to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend datadriven solutions.
- Lead and support projects to enhance processes within the ERP system developed inZoho Creator.
- Build and modify custom applications forms reports and workflows in Zoho Creator to meet evolving business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical implementations.
- Provide training and support for end users adopting new tools or updated processes.
- Monitor system performance and propose improvements to ensure reliability and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Information Systems Operations Management or a related field.
- Experience in a business or operations analyst role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Handson experience with
- Zoho Creatoror other lowcode development platforms strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail.
