Are you looking for a rewarding career with an organization that values their staff The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking to hire qualified candidates with the opportunity to work in a dynamic creative thinking problem solving environment. This position serves as the ERP Manager of Human Capital Management for DoIT. In this role you will manage the Human Capital Management (HCM) for the ERP program which includes Human Resources (Personnel Administration Organizational Management Onboarding Compensation & Recruitment Management) and Talent Management (Payroll Time & Attendance and Learning Management). In addition you will collect and analyze project progress reports and status data to ensure project is adhering to the functional design objectives. This position also serves as a spokesperson on matters associated with the ERP/HCM Program and serves as a supervisor over highly technical positions.
