The Workplace Trainer/Careers Advisor is being implemented at Alfred Health for supporting and providing essential training and career development opportunities for nonclinical staff. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join the Organisational Development team and partner with teams across the organisation. This is a HS3 part time position working 38 hours per fortnight based at The Alfred campus.

The Organisational Development team works to understand and improve the Employee Experience (EX) and build organisational capability to help teams perform at their best fostering connection and wellbeing.
