Your Impact
As a Senior Solution Engineer at Deliverect you will work directly with some of the worlds leading restaurant and grocery/cstore brands such as Burger King KFC Taco Bell Little Caesars Carls Jr Hyvee OneStop and many others. Youll also work closely with a global team of talented engineers sales professionals and industry partners with exposure to numerous technology stacks and environments.
Providing presales technical and functional expertise to help our customers design highquality solution architectures which streamline operations improve profits and scale across multiple channels. Bringing previous experience supporting largescale restaurant or retail engagements you understand the complexities of highvolume multilocation environments and can speak the language of digital and operational excellence.

A Typical Day
- You will be a thought leader and advisor for our customers and prospects:
- Including 1st party / owned digital channels as well as 3rd party / marketplaces like DoorDash and UberEats.
- Including eCommerce trends and architectures.
- Including best practices and patterns for integration workflow and data management.
- Including advisement on when and how to leverage AI automation and analytics capabilities via our product suite.
- You will drive deep API Conversations:
- Lead indepth discussions on API capabilities architecture and best practices to help customers understand how our solutions integrate seamlessly to complement their existing ecosystem.
- Onsite Whiteboard Architectural Sessions:
- Prepare and conduct interactive inperson whiteboard sessions with prospects to map out architecture integration points and technical strategies.
- Create Compelling Architectural Diagrams:
- Develop detailed architectural documentation that clearly articulates technical solutions and strategies including targetstate and transitionstates.
- Lead Technical Discovery Methodologies:
- Implement structured approaches to technical discovery meetings ensuring that customer pain points and requirements are fully understood and addressed.
- Manage Multiple Complex Stakeholders:
- Effectively navigate internal and external stakeholder relationships balancing the needs of sales product engineering and executive teams to drive deals forward.
- Support RFx responses and following technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Mentor junior team members:
- Fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Setup and Execute POCs/Pilots:
- Design configure and lead proofofconcept (POC) and pilot programs to validate our solutions fit and value for strategic accounts.
- Customercentric consultation:
- You will focus on customer success and creatively address technical challenges to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers building the relationships over time at all levels.
Your Expertise
- You will have 10 years of technical experience ideally 5 years in a Solution / Sales Engineering Engineering Lead Architect or similar technical customerfacing role.
- Strong expertise in digital experiences API architectures cloud platforms and microservicesbased solutions.
- Thrive in conducting technical whiteboarding sessions and translating complex technical concepts into clear compelling presentations.
- Proficiency in creating technical diagrams and solution architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical discovery meetings and aligning solutions to customer and business needs.
- Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across various functions both internally and externally.
- Handson experience setting up and executing POCs and pilot programs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or a related field preferred.
