Job Description
Commissionaires BC is looking for a customer focused security guard to work weekends at the University Womens Club in Vancouver.
Shifts: Friday to Sunday 3.30pm till 11.30pm
Payrate: $23.40/hr
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Crowd control and noise management
- Patrolling of the site perimeter
- Ensure quiet and effective wrap up of events at site
- Access control ensuring only authorized individuals are entering the premises
- Providing a high standard of customer service to clients and visitors
- Provide first aid and emergency response as required
Your MustHaves:
- ValidBC security license
- Serving It Right Certificate
- You are able to provide first class customer service
- You have strong selfmanagement organization and communication skills
- Strong abilities in reporting writing skills

Commissionaires provides security services for over 200 sites andare located inover 110 communities across the province. Our client base runs from the Federal Government to local municipalities airports industrial sectors and commercial/residential buildings.
Our guards are not only behind the scenes providing security and access control but front and center providing valued customer service to the public.
