About the Role: Were looking for a buildersomeone who brings vision structure and curiosity to shaping what learning looks like at Clover Health. As our Talent Development Associate youll play a key role in delivering and scaling highimpact learning experiences across the company.

This role manages our Learning Management System (Absorb) facilitates live learning sessions and supports the design and delivery of engaging programs. Youll also conduct training needs assessments measure impact and continuously refine our learning experiences to meet the evolving needs of our team. Whether youre designing a workshop or optimizing our LMS your work will empower employees at every level to grow and thrive.

As a Talent Development Associate you will:

  • Manage and optimize our LMS (Absorb) including course uploads user access reporting and basic troubleshooting.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiencescreating instructional materials digital resources and elearning content to support skill development.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze feedback to refine programs improve learner experience and measure impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align learning with business needs managing endtoend of learning projects.
  • Market and promote learning programs with clear compelling messaging to drive awareness adoption and engagement.

  • Youve confidently taken ownership of the LMS improving learner experience increasing automation and streamlining content management.
  • Youre actively using feedback and data to recommend improvements and demonstrate program impact.
  • Youve built trusted partnerships with stakeholders to ensure programs meet real business needs.
  • Youre bringing new ideas and energy to the teamstaying on top of L&D trends and helping shape a culture of learning at Clover.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have 13 years of experience in L&D talent development or instructional design.
  • You thrive in a fastpaced evolving environment and enjoy managing multiple projects.
  • Youre a creative problemsolver who cares deeply about creating great learning experiences.
  • Youre datadriven and comfortable using insights to improve programs and measure success.
  • You have experience with instructional design models (like ADDIE or SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Youre familiar with LMS platforms (Absorb preferred) including course setup design reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Youre a clear communicator and natural marketer with experience driving engagement across teams.
  • Youve designed and facilitated inperson virtual or blended learning solutions.

For candidates residing in other geographic areas the range will be adjusted based on location. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity market data and the applicants education work experience certifications etc.

Colorado/Washington Pay Range:$83200 $100000 USD

California/New Jersey/New York Pay Range: $83200 $110000 USD
