Triple A stands for The Arts A la carte and After School Program. As Meridians very own after school enrichment and childcare program its a fun and structured extension of a students day at Meridian. Unlike many onsite after school programs we manage it internally to offer a wellrounded experience that supports Meridians mission.

What are the position details
Wednesday Group Leader
Each Wednesday Group Leader works with their specific group of students each Wednesday afternoon (including checkin snack time outdoor activities enrichment and homework/quiet time). Group leaders are fast learners; the position has a five day training period with ample opportunities to learn more as you go.
This position is specifically for WEDNESDAYS from 12:006:00 pm ONLY. However additional days and hours are possible as a substitute if requested.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent at least six months of experience in childcare and the ability to obtain and pass the required background check. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 14 days of employment. Positions are determined by the Triple A Manager and are contingent upon the interview process. If hired positions are subject to change.
What are the hours
Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. 6 p.m.
Triple A Wednesdayonly staff members are asked to work up to 10 hours per week. There is the possibility for additional hours as a substitute in the case of an absence on other school days. This job follows the Meridian School year calendar meaning summers and holidays are not a part of the work year. If hired you will not be compensated for the following holidays:
- October 9 2024: Fall Break
- November 27 2024: Thanksgiving Break
- December 25 2024 and January 1 2025: Winter Break
- March 19 2025: Spring Break
Please keep in mind this position is for the school year with contract dates of July 30 2024May 23 2025.
