What Youll Do:
As a Junior Accountant you will play a key role in supporting our accounting department. This position is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion for accounting within the real estate/property management industry. Youll be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks that help ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports.
Process accounts payable & receivable
Reconcile bank statements & general ledger accounts
Assist with monthly financial statements & reports
Support property management billing & lease tracking
Maintain accurate records & assist in audits
What Were Looking For:
12 years of accounting experience (property management a plus!
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong Excel skills & experience with accounting software
Detailoriented & organized with strong communication skills
Required Experience:
