Responsibilities:

• Dynamic Product Development:Creating and Scaling Features for Ivantis Cloud Customer Base also understand scalability principles and techniques.
• Agile Development:Be a team member who is responsible for coding validating debugging reliability performance analysis optimize performance through code and the ongoing operational aspects of the product in an Agile environment.
• Own your code: Deliver quality code via unit and integration testing through the TestDriven Development (TDD) process. Build a best practice of engineering which includes zero regression zero rework coding.
• Peer Code reviewer:Participate in code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards within and outside of teams with industry best practices tools like Microsoft Copilot etc.
• Collaborative Innovation:to work with the managers and architects to come up new ideas and techniques to address the design challenges in the legacy components to make it scalable.
• Customer First Approach:to Collaborate closely with customer support and quality assurance teams to address customerreported issues and ensure timely resolution.

What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a collaborative Staff Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development efforts for the ITSM (IT Service Management) product. In this role you will work closely with a team of experienced engineers to ensure the feature development stability scalability and security of the ITSM Integration platform. Your focus will be on enhancing and revamping existing architecture stabilization of services for SaaS customers enable the service for vertical & horizontal scaling in containers AI capabilities etc. Also addressing the security vulnerability work and implementing shiftleft testing strategies to uphold the high quality of our releases.

To Be Successful in The Role You Will Have

Mandatory skill set

• Bachelors degree in computer science or information science from a premier institution.
• Possess 811 years of software development experience including a minimum of 3 years in cloud development with expertise in microservice architecture and messaging services such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Demonstrate expertlevel proficiency in programming particularly in at least one language such as C# along with proficiency in SQL database management.
• Proven experience in unit testing automation testing and familiarity with CI/CD deployment models.
• Experience in .NET Framework to Code conversion for mid to large enterprise products.
• Proficiency in Platforms/Runtimes such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Competence in utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking work items bugs and test cases.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Selfmotivated individual with a passion for problemsolving and assisting others in problem resolution.
• Eagerness to learn adapt quickly to new technologies and demonstrate a commitment to designing for scalability and secure software development practices.
