Overview:
Digital Resource an awardwinning fullservice digital marketing agency is seeking a driven and strategicNational Sales Managerto fuel our continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a highperforming sales professional with proven success in digital marketing sales ideally within an agency environment.
While this role does not include team management were looking for a collaborative individual who thrives in a teamoriented culture enjoys working crossfunctionally and can seamlessly partner with internal departments to deliver exceptional client solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth on a national scale.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
Build and maintain productive professional relationships with key decisionmakers in client organizations.
Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients ensuring alignment with their digital marketing needs.
Monitor analyze and report onsales performance metrics recommending improvements to optimize results.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
Provide tailoredclient solutions by collaborating with internal service teams to ensure consistency satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor leveraging your deep knowledge ofdigital marketing services to position valuedriven solutions.
Represent Digital Resource at industry events conferences and client meetings (travel as required).
Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a senior sales role with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong background indigital marketing sales preferably within an agency setting.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and drive datainformed decisions.
Problemsolving attitude with a focus on delivering clientcentric solutions.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
Collaborative spirit thrives in environments where teamwork with sales marketing and service teams is key to success.
