Projects performed in SC NC and Georgia they are known for integrity high standards and commitment to excellence.
Projects include industrial multifamily office historic hospitality medical veterinary retail and student housing.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead projects for this client from preconstruction to completion ensuring theyre delivered on time on budget and up to our high standards. If youre someone who takes pride in accountability leadership and delivering real resultsyoull fit right in.
Youll be the engine behind the construction operations working closely with the company owner field teams superintendents and subcontractors to ensure excellence across all phases of a project.
- Drive projects to completionon time on budget and to spec
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors vendors and inspections
- Monitor job site safety and construction quality control
- Lead meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
- Review project plans track progress and manage budgets
- Help bid new work and evaluate potential costsaving opportunities
- Mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers within the company
- Foster strong communication across all levelsinternal and external
- Take ownership of project outcomes and continuously look for ways to improve

WHAT THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture or Engineering
- 10 or more years experience
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Multifamily and / or Student Housing experience needed
- Solid experience in commercial construction including budgeting scheduling and safety management
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams and timelines
- Comfortable onsite in the office and everywhere in between
- Detailoriented highly organized and deadlinedriven
- Excellent communicatorable to collaborate with trades clients and senior leadership alike
